Every product is made by hand, one at a time, specifically for the person who ordered it. Your piece doesn't exist until you buy it — then we build it for you.
Because each item is custom made after purchase, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances. This isn't a loophole or fine print. It's just the reality of how we make things.
The One Exception
If your order arrives damaged or with a major defect, we will fix it or replace it. That's on us, and we'll handle it.
To report a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
